Tips For How to Reach Your Goals and How to Achieve Your Resolutions
We are already in the second month of the year! I know that many people start a new year off strong and make progress on their goals, however it can be hard to stick to them and to continue working on them all year long. I wanted to share some tips for how to achieve your goals and ways to accomplish your new year's resolutions! These tips can also be applicable for how to change your habits and can be implemented any time of the year! I myself know that I am much more motivated in January when it comes to working on achieving my resolutions and so I find it helpful to get re-motivated again during other months. I want to ensure that I am still making great strides to reach my goals as the year progresses and I have some tips for doing so which I compiled here! These tips can help you go after what you want and be the girl boss that you are! I hope that you find this post to be helpful!

Goals & Resolutions for 2019
Nine Goals for 2019
Each January I like to make goals for the new year. These goals or new year's resolutions are things that I hope to accomplish over the course of the year. Admittedly, like most people my track record for achieving one hundred percent of them year over year has not always been the best however! Some goals do spill over from one year to the next. I do always make progress with my goals which I am very happy about! I do not always make as much progress as I'd like to though. It is definitely hard to achieve goals and change habits but some progress on them is substantially better than no progress at all! In the near future I will be sharing a post with tips for how to achieve your goals and how to stick to your resolutions long term!

Today I wanted to share my new year's resolutions with you all so without further ado here they are
In 2016 I want to:
- Exercise More: this a goal that I have been working on for the past while and I think I am making some progress but not nearly as much as I want to be making
- Eat Healthier: this is another goal that I have already started working on and I have made some changes in my diet. I have a huge sweet tooth so it is a struggle sometimes but I have been eating more fruits and vegetables and have stopped eating certain foods
- Read More Often: I want to read more often, when I was younger I read almost everyday but since part way through high school I have been reading a lot less, not because I don't want to but because of a lack of time. I read what I have to for my classes but I haven't read a regular novel for my own enjoyment in a long time.
- Be more confident: I would love to gain more confidence and have more self esteem since the levels of those are not where I would want them to be
- Be a better me: (and a better person in general) I want to get healthier and happier in the new year and help other people do the same. Helping to spread good vibes and positivity with other people would be great!
