In relative terms I graduated college recently and I, like many others did not have my life figured out (and still don't completely but I have made decent progress). Although society seems to tell us that we all should know exactly what we are doing with our lives that is rarely the case for most people. It is also hard to determine what to do if you don't know what your dream job is or what exactly you want to pursue. You may have a general idea but the perfect job for you may not exist yet or you may not be aware of it.

A Day in Rhode Island

Hi everyone, I hope that summer has been going well for you so far!

My family and I recently took a day trip down to Rhode Island to visit Newport and in specific, the Newport Car Museum as a father's dad present for my dad!

I have been to Newport a few times but there is so much to do and see there that I hope to visit again sometime within the next few months! I have explored a couple of the Newport Mansions but the rest are on my list of places to go!

I know that many people start a new year off strong and make progress on their goals, however it can be hard to stick to them and to continue working on them all year long. Nine Goals for 2019

Each January I like to make goals for the new year. These goals or new year's resolutions are things that I hope to accomplish over the course of the year. Admittedly, like most people my track record for achieving one hundred percent of them year over year has not always been the best however! Some goals do spill over from one year to the next. I do always make progress with my goals which I am very happy about! I do not always make as much progress as I'd like to though. It is definitely hard to achieve goals and change habits but some progress on them is substantially better than no progress at all! In the near future I will be sharing a post with tips for how to achieve your goals and how to stick to your resolutions long term!
